I’m so grateful for the Happy Paws transport service. I don’t own a car and the price is very reasonable given the distance and the convenience it offers me. The van is fitted out for comfort and safety and the staff always message or call on approach. My dog Claude has come to know that the message notification means his favourite day is about to begin and can barely contain his excitement 🤩

Elliot and his team have been nothing short of incredible through their customer service. I had looked at other options such as Mad Paws, however the level of care and passion the entire team have towards every single dog that goes here is spectacular. I absolutely trust that they are providing the best care as my dog is always pulling on her lead trying to get inside (even if we happen to walk past on a non daycare day). I’ve seen so many other dogs being dropped off that have the same happy reaction which says it all!! Daily report cards, along with photos and videos provided are another lovely part of their services. These give you insights into your dogs day, who they have been friends with, their overall mood etc. This eased my mind during the initial sessions. I’ve also been able to see how my dogs confidence has grown as she has settled in amongst the others. The team have been extremely accommodating and take the time to get to know each pet individually and understand their needs.
