Mabel LOVES going for her haircut and comes home looking, smelling and feeling gorgeous. The staff are caring and completely invested in each little visitor that they see. I have never been to such an amazing grooming Salon. Prices are very reasonable and the staff follow my grooming directions very closely. Earlier this year we lost one of my dogs unexpectedly l, when Mabel and I arrived for her first groom after the loss we were welcomed with warm hugs, a mountain of compassion and kindness. I was so moved by the care and compassion shown for the loss of our boy. Thank you Happy Tails Grooming Team.

Siena is amazing! Timely responses, very knowledgeable and did an incredible job with our 6 month old CKCS puppy. It was his first professional groom and Siena made it so comfortable for him. Not only did he look fantastic, but he smelt so good, and he got to play with some other puppies as well! We were so nervous he would be stressed out for his first groom, but he actually came out so happy and relaxed. :) Highly recommend, and excited for his next groom! (Before & after photos attached)

I just wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful Siena and the entire team are. From the very beginning, Siena’s attention to detail has been exceptional. Nothing is ever rushed or overlooked — you can genuinely see the level of care and thought that goes into everything she does. What really stands out, though, is how much she truly cares for the dogs. It’s not just a service, it’s clear this is something she is deeply passionate about. The dogs are treated with patience, kindness, and genuine affection, and that gives such peace of mind knowing they are in such capable and caring hands. Siena has a natural way with them, picking up on their needs and personalities, and making sure each one feels safe and comfortable. The whole team reflects this same standard, which speaks volumes about the environment Siena has created. We can’t recommend Happy Tails Grooming enough, Sienna and her team are truly incredible. They have gone above and beyond, not just in caring for our uncle’s beloved pooch, but in supporting our whole family. Our elderly uncle is on his own for the first time in nearly 60 years, and understandably, managing the care of his senior dog can sometimes feel overwhelming for him. Sienna has been nothing short of amazing. She’s helped us manage our uncle’s dog’s care from interstate, making it possible for us to support him remotely while knowing his beloved dog is in the very best hands. What truly sets her apart is her compassion, she doesn’t just care for the dogs, she cares for the people too. She has been so patient, understanding, and supportive, always meeting him with kindness and reassurance, and recognising that he is doing his very best. He described her to us as “a truly beautiful woman who genuinely adores dogs.” It gives us such peace of mind knowing they are both cared for with such genuine empathy and kindness. We are incredibly grateful, thank you, Sienna and the Happy Tails team, for everything you do. 💛

We had our Groodle groomed at Happy Tails Grooming about two months ago. At the time, I held off on leaving feedback as the business had recently changed owners. However, after a recent visit to a new groomer (who questioned where we had previously gone and commented on the poor quality of the cut) I feel it’s important to share our experience. Our dog was shaved extremely short across his entire coat and was also burnt during the groom and left raw and red (see image with wet patches on the bed from where he was constantly licking). I had specifically asked whether dogs were still kept all day, as was the case under previous ownership, and was told this was no longer their process. Despite this, our dog was held there for the remainder of the day. The groom cost was the same as everywhere else, but unfortunately, the overall experience and result did not reflect that price and we have since taken our business elsewhere. Our new groomer is charging less than Happy Tails and did a far superior job (his coat is fluffy, legs and face have been left longer as requested). It appears that Happy Tails is after bulk numbers and sacrifice attention to detail which is a shame.
