We finally found someone who understand anxious dogs! Our two dogs are naturally very anxious, and after a few bad experiences with previous groomers, even going somewhere new is a big deal for them. Instead of trying to trim their nails straight away, Jade took the time to help them feel comfortable, giving them treats, letting them explore the salon, and introducing the grooming tools at their own pace to help desensitise them. Her priority was building their trust and making sure they had a positive experience, so future visits would be much less stressful. It's so reassuring to have found a groomer who genuinely puts the dogs first. We're so glad we found Jade!

I wish I could give Jade at the Noble Hound 10 stars! She is the most lovely person and a wonderful groomer. He compassion, kindness and love towards her fluffy clients is incredible. My puppy was very nervous about his first groom and Jade helped desensitise him to all the tools and sounds, going at his pace to make sure he stayed calm. Now he loves going to see Jade. If you want a groomer who really knows her stuff and cares for the wellbeing of your pet then Noble Hound is the place to go.

Absolutely the only dog salon I've ever taken Simba to where he actually wanted to stay longer! The love, care, and patience Jade shows every dog is truly unmatched. It's so reassuring knowing Simba is in such caring hands. I couldn't recommend Jade more highly!

This was only Marley's second grooming appointment, but I already feel so comfortable leaving him with the team. One of the biggest signs for me is that he happily goes with them and doesn't even look back when I leave! It's reassuring to know he's comfortable, cared for, and in such good hands. He always comes home looking adorable, happy, and relaxed. Highly recommend!
