The Petboost card reader (powered by Stripe Terminal and the WisePOS E device) lets you accept tap, chip, and swipe payments in person, fully connected to your appointment system. Payments are automatically recorded against the appointment with zero double entry.
You have a separate card machine from your bank that has nothing to do with your booking software. Every in-person payment requires you to key in the amount manually, then go back to Petboost and mark the appointment as paid. Two systems, double the work, and reconciliation at the end of the day is a headache.

Pair your card reader
Connect the WisePOS E to your Petboost account. The device pairs via Wi-Fi and is ready in minutes.
Initiate payment from the appointment
Tap "Charge" on the appointment screen and the payment amount is sent to the card reader automatically.
Customer taps, inserts, or swipes
The customer pays using their preferred method. The reader confirms the transaction in seconds.
Appointment marked as paid
The appointment is automatically updated to Paid. A receipt is sent to the customer and the payment appears in your reports.
