How It Works
Open the pet profile
Navigate to Customers & Pets and find the pet you want to simulate for. Click Manage to open their profile.
Click Simulate
In the pet summary card, click the Simulate button and choose Booking Experience or Profile Completion.
Walk through the experience
Step through the booking flow exactly as the customer would see it. Select services, check availability, and review the checkout screen.
Fix issues and try again
Found a problem? Click Edit Pet or Edit Owner to fix the issue, then return to the simulation to confirm the fix worked.
