Is Simulation Mode safe to use? Will it create real bookings?

Simulation Mode is completely read-only. No bookings are created, no payments are processed, and no notifications are sent. You can explore freely without any side effects.

Can I use Simulation Mode for any customer?

Yes. Open any pet profile and click Simulate. The simulation uses that customer's real data: their pets, eligibility status, vaccination records, payment methods, and account settings.

What is the difference between the two simulation modes?

Booking Simulation shows the service selection, availability calendar, and checkout flow. Profile Completion shows the step-by-step onboarding wizard. Both are accessed from the same Simulate dropdown on the pet profile.
