Seven things Petboost does between a customer finding you and booking again. Every screen is the real product, and every figure carries the rule it was counted under.
Counted across 101 businesses and 59,487 bookings, 14 July to 11 October 2026. How we count
Stage 1 of 7·Get found & booked
Your showcase page ranks for local searches. The booking page under it shows only the services and times that apply, so the right bookings land while you're with the pets. Afterwards, ask for the Google review from the appointment, draft included, so the next owner searching finds you too.

Stage 2 of 7·Keep them informed
A confirmation the moment they book. A reminder 24 hours out and again 2 hours out, by text and email, with a heads-up before the 72-hour card hold. Switch each one on once and it runs for every booking.

Stage 3 of 7·Show, don't tell
After the visit, the owner opens a report card in their portal: your team member's notes, the photos from the session and who looked after their pet. Every December, Petboost Wrapped turns the year of notes and photos into a story they scroll on their phone, with your name on it.

Stage 5 of 7·Keep them coming back
Petboost learns each pet's usual gap between visits from its history, or uses a number of weeks you set, and texts the owner when the pet is due. It goes out at most once every 30 days for a pet, and not at all to anyone who said no thanks or replied STOP. Regulars rebook themselves in their portal, recurring bookings materialise ahead of time, and the customers screen flags any pet that has slipped 7 days past its rhythm.

When to send
Using appointment history needs at least two completed visits before it knows a pet's rhythm. Until then that pet is not messaged.
Sends at 10am, once a day, and never twice for the same pet inside 30 days.
Stage 6 of 7·Grow what they spend
Add-ons appear when the customer books and again on the appointment in their portal, so the extra is their idea. Packages sell online around the clock, and a pack running low offers a top-up. Memberships bill automatically and apply their benefits at booking.

Stage 7 of 7·See what it's worth
Intelligence reads your bookings and payments and tells you what happened, why it matters and what to do next: how many regulars have their next visit booked, which day is your strongest, where revenue is heading over the next 30, 60 and 90 days. Every card carries a one-tap action, like a message to the 34 who haven't booked again.
What this stage gives you
48% of clients who visited this period already have their next appointment booked (31 of 65). 34 clients don't have a future booking yet.
These 34 clients are your highest churn risk. A quick “time to rebook” message could recover significant recurring revenue.
View 34 Not RebookedRevenue trended up 14.2% within this period, compared with the previous 30 days. Saturdays are your strongest day (avg $2,480.00). Tuesdays are the quietest working day.
Averaging $1,214.00 per day across 30 days.
The last stage hands back to the first. A customer who gets the text when their pet is due opens the same booking page they found you on, sees the services that apply to their pets, and adds the extra themselves. Nothing in between needs you at a keyboard.
One booking, both sides
Every screen Sarah sees booking two dogs in, beside every screen you see.
