The Ragdoll has a semi-long, silky coat without a significant undercoat, so it sheds seasonally and less than dense-coated cats. Combing once or twice a week is recommended. It is calm, moderately active and very trainable, rarely aggressive, and adapts to indoor living without needing much space.
