It underpins everything we do for you & your customers to make your life easier using Petboost.
“Our goal is for you to not use Petboost if you can help it. And when you do, it is quick, easy, and done. So you can spend less time on the screen, and more time with your team, your customers, and the pups.”
The guiding principle behind every design decision we make, across every business type we serve.

We count clicks like a chef counts ingredients. Not because we are obsessive, but because fewer clicks means less time on the screen and more time with your team, your customers, and the pups.
When you open a customer record, it slides in beside your scheduler. It does not take over your screen. You never lose context.
Most software uses modal dialogs that black out the background and force you to deal with one thing at a time. We built push panels instead: content that slides in from the side, gently pushing your view, keeping your context visible.
Not mobile-friendly. Mobile-native. The same software on every device. We even wrote custom drag-and-drop code for iPad because the browser vendor's implementation was not good enough.
Every appointment has 15+ actions available in a single right-click. All grouped logically, all context-aware.
On mobile, the same actions slide up from the bottom in a touch-friendly sheet. We do not hide features behind menus within menus. Power and simplicity are the same thing done well.
Your customers never download an app. Never remember a password. They verify with their phone number, book in seven taps, and put their phone away. That is the point.

Some actions should be instant. Others should force you to pause. We design both paths deliberately. Speed where it matters. Friction where it protects.
A groomer needs body-area notes. A trainer needs session progress. A boarding facility needs kennel capacity. Designing for one is straightforward. Designing for all of them without making the product feel bloated is the real challenge. We solved it by going deep into each business type first.
The same appointment card surfaces different information depending on the service type. Context-aware, not one-size-fits-all.
The things you feel but might not notice. The micro-interactions that make software feel alive. The accessibility choices that make it work for everyone.
Every page has a custom skeleton that matches its layout. Content fades in smoothly. You always know something is happening.
Buttons respond with subtle haptic feedback. Press states feel tactile. The interface feels alive under your fingers.
Our AI assistant knows what page you are on, what date you are viewing, and what you were just doing. It starts with context.
Status, service category, capacity levels, payment state: all encoded in colour. You read your schedule at a glance.
Every animation respects prefers-reduced-motion. Design is inclusive or it is not design.
You see what you need, when you need it. Advanced settings are one click deeper, never cluttering the primary view.
