Switching to Petboost
You and your team have been writing notes for years: the cavoodle who needs the dryer on low and a break halfway through, the kelpie who joins the small dogs after lunch because the big yard winds him up. Nobody can retype that in a weekend, so we do not ask you to.
Not a CSV template to fill in, and no import wizard to fight: we go in and get it. Wherever your old system holds them, allergies, vaccinations, behavioural notes and photos land on the right pet, and the notes written on past visits arrive as dated diary entries on that pet. The 24 hours starts when you give us access, usually at the demo.
Most of what stays behind is payment records, which belong to the system that took the money. Each item says what happens instead.
An assisted migration is almost all our work. Yours is a login, a date and two approvals.

Then pick a go-live date, approve the pre-written email to your clients, and check the calendar we load.

We load your upcoming bookings and you check them against your old diary, booking by booking. Keep taking bookings in your old system while you check, and anything that changes there before go-live gets a final check from us on go-live morning. The one thing we ask you to do is the checking, because it is your schedule.
There is no switch-over day you have to survive. Nothing goes live until you have confirmed the calendar, and on the day what changes is where new bookings go.

We aim to have your core data across within 24 hours of receiving usable data. The exact timing depends on your old system and the size of your business, and the migration terms set out the detail.
