Memberships is out of early access and available to every business, we have launched a two-screen front desk with self-service check-in, and the back half of June through early July brought a run of payment, membership, and CRM improvements. Here is everything new.
1. Memberships is fully launched
Memberships is now available on every plan. Build recurring revenue with plans that bundle included services and member discounts, set multi-pet pricing, and let pet owners purchase and manage their own memberships from their portal. Billing is collected automatically through Stripe on every renewal.
The pieces that make it work day to day are all live:
- Benefit redemption at checkout. Included services and member discounts are recognised automatically when you take payment or raise an invoice, so there is no manual maths at the counter.
- Plan categories. Group your plans into categories, then search and filter to find the right one in seconds once you offer several across different service types.
- Multi-pet billing. Households with more than one pet price correctly, and you can add or remove pets from an active plan at any time.
- Archive and restore. Retire a plan you are no longer selling and bring it back later with one click. History and subscribers are preserved.
Active members also carry a badge on their appointment cards, so your team can see who is on a plan at a glance.
2. Front Desk Management, with Kiosk Mode
Your front desk now runs on two screens that work together. Mission Control gives your team the whole day at a glance on a reception monitor, an iPad, or a phone. Kiosk Mode turns a second iPad, facing the customer, into a self-service check-in station.
Customers check themselves in with their phone number, book their next appointment, accept your terms and waivers, upload vaccination certificates, add a card on file, and buy a prepaid package, all the things a receptionist would otherwise key in for them. The moment they tap to check in, the appointment moves to in progress and appears on Mission Control in real time.
It stays secure on a shared device: a four-digit staff code is required to leave kiosk mode, and the iPad signs itself out after a short idle period so the next person never sees the previous customer's details.

3. Account Health Check
Account Health Check is a guided review of how your account is set up and how your recent bookings are running. It looks at your booking-form setup, your schedule and capacity configuration, and recent booking behaviour, then flags anything worth attention with a plain-language explanation and a direct link to the exact place to fix it. It is a quick way to see whether your account is set up to convert and run smoothly.
4. Faster money at the counter
A cluster of payment improvements to clear a busy day quicker:
- Bulk charging across payment methods. Settle a batch of outstanding balances in one pass, with support for more than saved cards.
- Wallet Activity. Wallet and membership activity now live together in one view, with clearer filtering by type and status so you can trace credits, charges, and membership events in one place.
- Express drag mode. An optional Mission Control toggle that skips the payment review step when you drag an appointment straight to Paid. It resets when you close the tab, so it never stays on by accident.
- Apply package credit from the quick menu. Apply a prepaid credit to an appointment straight from the quick actions menu, without opening the full payment flow.
5. Smarter records and search
- Smarter breed search. Breed search now matches on breed names and sorts by relevance, so the breed you are looking for appears first even with a partial or multi-word search.
- Visit frequency on more appointments. Visit frequency badges now appear on non-recurring appointments too, so you can see how often a client visits across your whole diary.
- Export to CSV. Export your appointment list and outstanding package balances to CSV for reconciliation, reporting, or handing to your bookkeeper.
- Bulk cancel recurring instances. Select several instances in a recurring series and cancel them together rather than one at a time.
You can always see the full history on the product updates page.
