What Shipped in Spring: Call Catcher, Rounds & Tasks, Team Forms and Five More

September and October 2026 at Petboost. Calls you cannot take get a menu and a booking text, every pet in house gets its rounds, your team fills forms on the booking, and vaccination due dates work themselves out.

Advanced Does Not Mean Big Business

Six months of shipping left our settings pages heavy. We split every configuration screen into what every business needs and what only some do, and the data changed our mind about which was which.

Your First 24 Hours With Petboost: What Actually Happens

We log into your old system and clone it into Petboost: allergies, grooming notes, photos, vaccinations, past visit notes and your calendar. You review it, we fix what is off.

Charge What the Day Is Worth: Public Holiday Rates, Pricing by Pet Attribute and 20 More Updates

Twenty two updates across four days in August 2026. Charge a different rate on a public holiday or any weekday you choose, give a pet attribute its own price uplift and extra time, collect a cancellation fee off-card, and send every owner a year in review.

Your Customers Can Now Add Extras After They Book

Eleven updates shipped in five days. The headline: a customer who has already booked can open their appointment and add a nail trim themselves. Plus overdue-visit tracking, required details collected at checkout, and a check before you charge early.

Deposits: Take Money at Booking, Refund It Automatically

Deposits are live in Petboost. Choose Pre-pay in Full, a partial deposit as a percentage or fixed amount, or no deposit at all. Set it once as a business default and override it per service.

Design is in our DNA. Here is how we rebuilt the two screens pet businesses touch most, the booking form and the appointment card, for fewer clicks, easier scanning and accessible, inclusive design.
